When You Enter This Classroom . . .

Hello world wide web!

My name is Veronique and I have just finished my 6th year of teaching!  I decided I would love to share my passion (and obsession) with teaching with the rest of the world, so here is goes!

As I said I have been teaching for 6 years now, and each year has been a new challenge (I started in 5/6, then 4/5, then 3/4, then straight 4, straight 5 for 2 years and now 5/6 next year).  I am so excited to get stuff set up for next year, especially because I am keeping 17 of my students for a second year. 

Now as my blog states I am a bit of a teach-a-holic.  Today I put together a message to hang on my door to welcome the students into the classroom.  I am so in love with the way it turned out.  I also love the black and white theme I am going with this year, I think it looks classy, and with it being somewhat muted, I think my students work will pop off the walls.  So without further ado here is a picture of the work for my door:
